Loving the weather!!!

Here is a nice healthy 26lb fish.  There was a lot of surface activity today.

Montser Cats!!

The past few trips have yielded some monster catfish.  Pictured below is a mid 70s and a 50lber.  Catching fifty plus pound fish as a bycatch isnt a bad way to spend your time!!!

The fishing continues to be great in December.  The weather has been awesome and the fishing has too.  We went after some big fish today.  With the approaching cold front the fish were very active.  We caught a 18,22,25,26,28,32,36 today.  It was a great day to be out there. 

Excellent Fall Fishing!!

The fishing has been unbelievable this fall. In October alone we caught 30 fish over 20lbs, 20 fish over 30lbs, and the big fish for the month was a monster 44lber that measured 48 inches long. That fish in the spring would be well over 50lbs. The bite has been very good and this pattern will hold through the next month or so. This is my favorite time of year. Great weather, great fishing and almost no boat traffic. Come out and get in on some of the best striper fishing of the year!!!

Summer time patterns are in full swing. We have been catching fish using all methods downlines, freelines, boards and pitching baits. Watts Bar has been putting out some nice fish this week. We caught several over 30lbs and a bunch in the mid 20's. The morning and afternoon bite has been really good.
